Returns Policy:

Returns Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused and uninstalled.

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging.

Prior Authorization: Customers need to obtain prior authorization before returning an item. Customer service may be contacted at victoryspear@proton.me to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
